Problem Description
The Shoulder Right Entry Radar is displayed as disconnected in the Xonar UI.
Associated cameras are shown as missing or offline.
System diagnostics confirm this as a known software synchronization issue.
Symptoms
- Shoulder Right Entry Radar status shows 'Disconnected'
- Cameras mapped to the radar are not visible
- Radar services fail to initialize after long uptime or minor interruption
Root Cause
A software service initialization failure causes the radar-to-camera mapping services to not load correctly.
No physical hardware, power, or network faults are involved.
Resolution
A full system reboot restores radar services and camera associations.
Follow the steps below:
- Gracefully shut down the Xonar system.
- Power cycle the radar controller and server.
- Wait 2–3 minutes to allow all services to initialize.
- Log in to the Xonar UI and verify radar and camera status.
- Confirm the Shoulder Right Entry Radar shows 'Connected'.
Validation
After reboot, the radar and associated cameras appear online and operational.
No further alarms or disconnection alerts are observed.
